We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from Stompers Gloves. If the gloves you ordered don’t fit perfectly or they’re not what you expected, simply return the gloves in their original, unworn, and unfolded condition, within 30 days, and we will send you a new size, a different style, or provide a full refund of your purchase price!
If you have the Packing Slip that came with the gloves you want to return, the Return Form and Instructions are on the back of the Packing Slip!
If you do not have the Packing Slip, download our Stompers Gloves Return Form which has all the instructions for returning your gloves.
All gloves must be returned in their original, unworn, unfolded condition. Gloves must not be stained, creased, folded, worn, or damaged in any way. Except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, gloves returned to Stompers Gloves in a used or unsellable condition will be returned to you at your expense or discarded and no exchange or refund will be provided. Ensure that the gloves remain in their original condition by handling them carefully! When returning gloves, they must be packed flat for shipping, with no folds or creases, and must include the Return Form in the package.
Free return shipping labels are provided once per paid order to customers only within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like to return your gloves a second time for the same order, you may ship them at your cost. Return packages weighing less than 13 ounces (which are most orders) can be dropped in any USPS mailbox. Heavier return packages must be taken to your local USPS post office.
Customers outside the United States (International Customers) and those wishing to use alternate shipping methods may return their gloves using their preferred shipping method at their own expense to the following address: Stompers Gloves LLC, 1222 NE 4th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33304-1925, USA.
Returns must be made within 30 days of their original delivery. Gloves returned after 30 days, at our discretion, may or may not be accepted and if accepted, may be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee. When we receive your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible. If you requested a refund, it will be issued to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase. If you requested an exchange, we strive to process the exchange within two business days. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for an additional payment or we will apply the credit to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase.
