We make every effort to ship within one business day of your order. Stompers Gloves will always attempt to contact you if your order may be delayed for any reason.

Our Standard Shipping Method is United States Post Office (USPS) for United States, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories which include American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the Minor Outlying Islands addresses. We use FedEx for expedited service to the United States and U.S. Territory addresses, and for service to Canada and International addresses. However, depending upon circumstances, we may also use other carriers, such as but not limited to, DHL or UPS.

On very rare occasions, usually related to destinations in remote locations, the shipping fees for us to ship your order might be exceptionally high. In these rare cases, and at our discretion, we will contact you to arrange for an additional shipping payment. If we do not hear from you within one business day, or you choose to decline the additional payment, we will cancel your order with a full refund.
