General

When will my credit card be processed?

We process payment at the time of purchase completion. All Payment and credit card processing is done through secure PCI compliant credit card processing platforms. Credit Card information used for order processing, is not stored, and is not accessible to Stompers Boots or its employees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also accept PayPal.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will send a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer wholesale?

Account

Why should I make an account?

When you create an account, it gives you the ability to add gloves you like to a list of favorites, manage your newsletter access, track your shipments, and more. Rest assured that we will never share your information with any third parties.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the Account icon (which looks like the outline of a person) which is next to the Shopping Cart icon. You will see two options: Login to an existing account and Create an Account. Fill out the information in the Create Account section, and your account will be created!

Shipping and Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

Each order comes with a Return Form on the back of your Sales Receipt which has the instructions for obtaining a return shipping label and how to ship your gloves back to us for exchange or return.

If you no longer have your sales receipt, please visit our Returns and Exchanges page which has complete instructions on how to Return or Exchange your item.

Free return shipping is offered on domestic orders only. If you are returning or exchanging gloves from outside the continental U.S., you may return your gloves to us at your expense.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

The countries we ship to are listed in the Country field of the Shipping Address when you start the checkout process in our shopping cart. If your country is not listed, please call or text us at 954.990.7734, or fill out our Contact form to see if we can ship to your country.

When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will send a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your tracking information is also available in your StompersGloves.com account.

I put in the wrong address on my order! How can I fix this?

Please contact us immediately by phone or text at 954.990.7734 during our normal business hours. If it is after our normal business hours, call and leave us a message or text us. Also reply to the Order Confirmation email you received. If you have not received your Order Confirmation email, fill out our Contact form.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Glove Questions

How do I find the right size glove?

Why can’t I select a color or size combination?

This probably means the size and color combination you are looking for is out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.

How do I care for my gloves?

Clean with a gentle commercially available leather cleaning product. Allow the gloves to dry then condition with a small amount of a commercially available leather conditioner. Caution! Light colored gloves may darken by the process of cleaning and conditioning!

Do you offer any customizations to gloves?

We are unable to provide customizations to our gloves.
