General

When will my credit card be processed?

We process payment at the time of purchase completion. All Payment and credit card processing is done through secure PCI compliant credit card processing platforms. Credit Card information used for order processing is not stored and is not accessible to Stompers Gloves or its employees.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit card carriers and PayPal.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will provide a second email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number provided.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do sell wholesale. For information regarding a wholesale agreement, please contact us via the contact form or by email at Service@StompersGloves.com

Account

Why should I make an account?

With an account, you can add gloves you like to a list of favorites, manage your newsletter access, track your shipments and more. We will not share your information with any 3rd parties.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the account icon next to the Shopping Cart icon. You will see two options: Login to an existing account and Create an account. Fill out the information in the Create Account section, and your account will be created!

Shipping and Returns

How do I return/exchange an item?

Each order comes with a Return Form on the back of your Sales Receipt, outlining instructions for obtaining a return shipping label and shipping your gloves back to us for exchange or return.

If you no longer have your sales receipt, please visit our Return and Exchange page HERE to fill out a form to let us know what you would like to return/exchange. We will get back with you to provide a return shipping label.

*We are able to offer free return shipping to domestic orders only. If you are returning or exchanging gloves from outside the US, you may return your gloves to us at your expense.*

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the United States via USPS and FedEx. International shipping will be sent via FedEx. For more information and shipping rates, please visit our Shipping page HERE.

When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will provide a second email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number provided. Your tracking information is also available on your Stompers Gloves account.

I put in the wrong address on my order! How can I fix this?

Why can’t I select a color or size combination?

This probably means the size and color combination you are looking for is out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you offer any customizations to gloves?

We are unable to provide customizations to our gloves.
